We have been around for about 15 years in the world of job placement, all starting from the household sector for placement into Taiwan, and from there we have developed, of course after going through many obstacles. We believe that self-confidence is the main reason of us to conquer and solved all problems. As time goes by, we also feel that the search for talent and the market must have a new breakthrough because of the demand from overseas employers who are looking for skilled workers, not just unskilled workers anymore.
The job search portals that currently exist, mostly focus more on white-collar talent, there is no portal that provides a platform for searching for skilled workers, especially with the aim of overseas placement.
Therefore, karirbaru.com was born with the aim of providing a platform for job seekers to work abroad and also opening the door for employers from abroad to search for talent from Indonesia through karirbaru.com which is managed by PT. Amalia Rozikin Jaya, an official Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI) with an official business license from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and also placement according to the regulations of the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI).
